Welcome to Ms. Julie's Child Care & Learning Center.  We are a brand new facility licensed by Bright from the Start, Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.  We offer the best quality care for children in a loving, nurturing, educational atmosphere. 

 The center is owned and operated by Tony & Julie Hughes.  Tony is a life long resident of Union county and is a residential home builder and member of the Towns-Union Home Builder's Association.   Julie was a Family Day Care provider in the couple's home until the completion of Ms. Julie's. The couple has three children, Brandon, Heather, and Lake, and a daughter in law, Jessica. The couple are active members of Mount Olivet Baptist Church, where Julie is a Sunday School teacher.  Julie is a member of the National Association of the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Georgia Association of Young Children (GAYC) and the Southern Early Childhood Association (SECA).  Julie is a volunteer Girl Scout leader for her daughter's Brownie troop. 

The Center is open Monday-Friday from 6:30AM-5:30PM.
